How to Send In
- Complete and sign the Reconditioning Form.
- Pack your full system (all headsets, devices, and components) with the form inside.
- Secure or box the case for shipping.

ProCom Headsets Repair Service
For individual headset repairs, complete the Repair Form and send the affected units to the same address.
Warranty repairs include return shipping.
Non-warranty repairs are billed and returned at customer’s expense.
