Q: How do we get our headsets reconditioned?

Q: We need our system repaired, how do we do that?

Q: Why are our headsets not communicating with each other?

A: The most common issue is that the main headset unit is not turned on. Even if you are only bringing 2 headsets to practice, one of them must be unit 1.

Q: Why are our headsets not charging?

A: If the gang charger is not charging, the batteries are extremely low, or the lights are flashing, you may need to use wall adapters for each unit.

Tips

If your system gets rained on, do not put them away wet. Wipe each unit down and ensure they are dry before putting them in your case. This will alleviate any condensation accumulation within your case and ensure system longevity.
